As most of you know Annabell and I have just finished a week in a buddhist temple learning massage and meditition. We are now both qualified in ti massage. So if anyone has any aches or just would like a massage then please contact me. I would like to keep these skills so practice is going to be needed.

The massages are good for releiving muscle aches, hurt limbs, head aches or just general stress. They are also good for you as they help regenerate your limph system. A full body massage will take about 3 hours or a specific area can be focused on.

I'll be in plymouth for the next few weeks but will be back in brum soon and looking forward to trying this out on some of you.

Please contact me if you are interested.

How good are u guys at bones cos thats what i need! I usually have at least tense shoulder muscles so ur welcome to try and work them out ( ill say once before I say whenever cos i want to work out how much this hurts first!) How was the temple?

Am not sure what u mean by "on bones" but i'll definately be able to sort out tense shoulders for you. Any aching joint or muscle and be massaged. No promise of miraculus results but i'll do what i can. Come see me some time when your free. I cant garantee that it wont hurt, but its more an uncomfortable feeling whilst being massaged and then a really relaxed feeling after.

See you all soon.

the temple was great, very relaxing but the food was not for me, i would recommend anyone to attend the chanting or meditation as its a great, and has a really good vibe to the place

Hey all.

I'm now back in brum so if any of you have any aches or pains that they would like taken care of or just want to relax for an hour or so give me a call or drop me an email.

As i said earlier i'm not asking anything in return for this. Apart from the oportunity to keep in practice.

See you all at training.

Adam
