Hi guys,
Being a fan of both reading and training
I thought people might like to recommend any useful training-related books which they've read (not limited to those which are in the library). They don't have to just be Budo Taijutsu, they can also be philosopy, self-defence, meditation, etc.
People could post the books name, a few short sentances about it, Author, and where you might find it if you're interested in reading it.
I'll start the ball rolling with-
"Way of the Ninja: Secret techniques" by Soke Masaaki Hatsumi himself.
It (as with all of soke's books) is a great tool for training, and includes a huge variety of topics, photos and anecdotes from soke. A really fun book and one that will have you puzzling away and pulling useful points for training out of it for a long time.
If people are interested in finding it then it's currently on amazon uk for £13.99, or I could be persuaded to show people my copy, but fraid I'm not lending it out!

We all seek happiness and do not want suffering"
